Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais - Sorrento

The hotel is owned and operated by family members. All or most of the staff belong to the family and were always willing to go out of their way to help. My wife came down with an illness during our stay and required a doctor. A doctor proved hard to find on the day but they kept trying until one was found and came to the hotel.

The location was spectacular! Open our two balconies and you are overlooking the main town square of Sorrento! We could not ask for a better location. Centrally located to visit Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast, and the Island of Capri. Amazing. The room was beautiful with a king size bed and a full living room area. The staff was great offering us suggestions and assistance with our itinerary. The breakfasts were amazing. Hot eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh pastries, fresh fruit and juice, etc.

Very friendly staff. Great views from the room which itself was very well presented. Loved the rainfall shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice.

Amazing location! Right in the heart of Sorrento's main piazza. Great shops, restaurants, and of course gelato! Extremely clean rooms and great breakfast. Highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Terrific place to stay if you are going to Sorrento. Room was very spacious as was the bathroom-very unusual by European standards. Decor was bright, spotlessly clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food available. Terrific location, right in the heart of the city, near all restaurants and shopping. Service was excellent! Special thanks to Simone- always had a welcoming smile and a great deal of patience with her guests. We stayed in 7 hotels/B&Bs during our trip to Italy and this was clearly one of the best!

No complaints at all-great place to stay

We loved the Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais. The location, the staff, the breakfast were all wonderful. Our room was so beautful that I did not want to ever leave. I loved the yellow and white tiles and the lovely terrace. We enjoyed the cafe out front, the fantastic breakfast served in the beautiful breakfast room, the family shop downstairs (where I purchased some wonderful linens). I would return to the Palazzo in a minute if I could. And did I mention the LOCATION right on the main square? It was a great choice.

Sorrento's Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais (or b&b) has a central location on the piazza. We had informed the owners that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they upgraded us free of charge to a suite overlooking the piazza. The thick walls and triple-paned French doors/windows made the room so quiet...hard to imagine that you are on the piazza. We sat out on the terrace and people-watched and then were in the old town or walking along the waterfront within minutes. The Jannuzzi children renovated their family's home as a tribute to their parents/grandparents and the daughters we met are delightful. Breakfasts are bountiful (homemade pastries, freshly cooked eggs & sausage, and much much more) and the rooms are modern and fun to be in. The family inlaid wood business is downstairs and the hotel gives a 20% discount on all wares when you stay in the hotel. We highly recommend.

PERFECT location to see all of Sorrento, absolutely stunning views of the Christmas lights on Piazza Tasso.

The hotel is placed in the very center of Sorrento, close to main attractions. That's why in the morning it's a bit noisy. The rooms are big and very clean. Very comfortable bed and linen. We had a very nice balcony. The breakfast was nice, plenty of fruits, nice selection of italian sweets.The breakfast room is very cosy, with big windows and nice views.

Being placed into the main square, you can hear the noise of the street. But not so bad as you would not be able to sleep.

Ideal situation if a central location required, very tastefully and expensively refurbished. Helpful and friendly owner and staff, lovely breakfast room and buffet. Highly recommended.

The location is great. It's in the heart of a great part of the city - very vivbrant and fun area. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The staff is amazing. The breakfast is a feast! We loved it.
